Van Buren waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Everything went their way against the Naylor Eagles as they made off with a 13-1 win. Considering the Bulldogs have won 11 contests by more than seven runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

Van Buren's victory bumped their record up to 15-7. As for Naylor, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 8-11 record this season.

Van Buren wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 14-0 win against Norwood on the 9th. Naylor has also already played their next contest (against East Prairie), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
