Soccer Recap: Christian Takes a Loss

Christian lost against Forest Hills Central back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Eagles fell just short of the Rangers by a score of 2-1. While losing is never fun, Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan soccer rankings (they are ranked 99th, while Forest Hills Central are ranked 19th).

Christian has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-8-1 record this season. As for Forest Hills Central, their win bumped their record up to 10-2-4.

Looking ahead, Christian will square off against Forest Hills Eastern at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Forest Hills Central, they will head out on the road to face off against Catholic Central at 6:45 p.m. on Thursday.
