New Richmond had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Friday. They never let the Eau Claire Memorial Old Abes get on the board and left with a 4-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-2 back in April.

New Richmond's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 19-5. The road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.7 runs on average over those games. As for Eau Claire Memorial, the defeat snapped their winning streak at five games and leaves them with a 10-12 record.

As of now, neither New Richmond nor the Old Abes have any future games scheduled.
