Volleyball Recap: Fergus Falls Takes a Loss

Fergus Falls lost against Rocori back in October of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Otters lost 3-0 to the Spartans. The Otters have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Rocori can attribute much of their success to Quinn Hodgins, who had 19 digs. That's the most digs Hodgins has posted over her last six matches. Another player making a difference was Eliett Satterstrom, who had five digs and two aces.

Fergus Falls' defeat dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Rocori, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-7 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Fergus Falls is set to face off against their familiar foe Apollo at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Rocori will challenge rival Sauk Rapids-Rice at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
