Basketball Recap: Family Community Christian Takes a Loss

After flying high against Grace Christian last Thursday, Family Community Christian came back down to earth. Family Community Christian came up short against the Doyline Panthers on Friday, falling 72-46. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against Family Community Christian this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 63-42 back in November.

Family Community Christian has been struggling recently as they've lost eight of their last nine games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-13 record this season. As for Doyline, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season.

Family Community Christian will be home for the holidays to greet Delta Charter at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Doyline, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Doyline Panthers challenge the New Living Word Lions at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
