Soccer Recap: Greenhill Takes a Loss

Greenhill fell victim to Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart and their airtight defense on Friday. They fell just short of the Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart Chargers by a score of 1-0. While losing is never fun, the Hornets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 211th, while the Chargers are ranked 72nd).

Greenhill's loss dropped their record down to 8-7. As for Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, their win bumped their record up to 17-1-1.

Greenhill will be staying on the road on Saturday to face off against Houston Christian at 9:00 a.m. Greenhill's last four games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
