Baseball Recap: Cocalico Eagles vs. Donegal Indians

Cocalico had lost nine straight at home dating back to last season, but on Monday they dropped their record down to 1-14 to make it ten. They lost 17-0 to the Donegal Indians. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Indians this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 11-3 on April 9th.

As for Donegal, they have been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 10-7 record this season. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

For Donegal's part, the team relied heavily on Leland Condran, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, four RBI, and one triple. Those three runs gave Condran a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Andrew Fabian, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with three RBI, two runs, and one double.
