Soccer Recap: Harnett Central Comes Up Short

Harnett Central lost against Triton last Wednesday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Monday. The Trojans fell just short of the Hawks by a score of 2-1. Harnett Central have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Their goal came courtesy of Natalie Trembly, which was the first she's scored this season.

Harnett Central's defeat dropped their record down to 8-6. As for Triton, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-9.

Harnett Central has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Overhills on the 15th. As for Triton, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 0-0 draw against Western Harnett on the 15th.
