Softball Recap: Fulton Comes Up Short

Fulton had taken Morrison down for three straight games at home, but that winning streak came to an end on Tuesday. Fulton fell just short of Morrison by a score of 6-4. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest loss the Steamers have suffered since April 29, 2024.

Fulton dropped their record down to 1-3 with the defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for Morrison, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Coming up, Fulton will face off against Gardner-South Wilmington at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Morrison, they will challenge Newman Central Catholic at 4:30 p.m. on Friday.
