Basketball Recap: Crete's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Crete's game last Saturday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Adams Central Patriots by a score of 51-44. The score was all tied up 21-21 at the break, but the Cardinals were the better team in the second half.

With the win, Crete broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 6-9. As for Adams Central, their defeat was their third straight at home, which dropped their record down to 7-8.

Crete will welcome Schuyler at 5:45 p.m. on February 4th. As for Adams Central, they will challenge St. Cecilia at 6:00 p.m. on February 4th.
