Soccer Recap: Salem Comes Up Short

Salem was the 6-1 winner over Hidden Valley when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Spartans fell just short of the Titans by a score of 1-0 on Tuesday. Salem have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Salem's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2. As for Hidden Valley, their record now sits at 3-1-1.

Salem didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 4-2 loss against Christiansburg on the 18th. As for Hidden Valley, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Patrick Henry on the 16th.
