Volleyball Recap: Brookhaven Comes Up Short

After flying high against Laurel last Tuesday, Brookhaven came back down to earth. The Panthers lost 3-0 to the South Jones Braves on Tuesday. The Panthers haven't had much luck with the Braves recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Brookhaven's defeat dropped their record down to 7-16. As for South Jones, their win bumped their record up to 13-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Brookhaven will face off against North Pike at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for South Jones, they will venture away from home to take on Stringer at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
