Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Loudoun Valley). They walked away with a 4-2 win over the Broad Run Spartans on Thursday. That's two games straight that Loudoun Valley have won by exactly two goals.

Loudoun Valley now has a winning record of 3-2-1. As for Broad Run, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-4.

Loudoun Valley and Broad Run will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next contests. The next time the Vikings see the pitch they'll take on Tuscarora at 7:30 p.m. on the 21st. As for Broad Run, their break will end when they face Woodgrove at 7:30 p.m. on the 24th.
