The Decorah school put up 35 points in the first quarter en route to the win. The Vikings rushed for five touchdowns on the ground during the quarter, including two by

Decorah-North Winneshiek came into the game allowing 8.0 points per game.
A 27-7 Decorah-North Winneshiek victory was the result when the squads faced off last season.
Oelwein (0-8) will play a 3A District 5 game against West Delaware next week, while Decorah-North Winneshiek (8-0) will take on Western Dubuque also in a 3A District 5 game.
