Soccer Game Preview: Lehman vs. Columbus

The Lehman Lions will challenge the Columbus Sharks at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Lehman will be strutting in after a win while Columbus will be coming in after a loss.

While Lehman's victory against Truman wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Lions beat the Mustangs by a goal, winning 2-1. Lehman haven't had any issues with Truman recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive win against them.

Meanwhile, after soaring to four goals the game before, Columbus was a bit more limited in their game on Saturday. They fell just short of Evander Childs by a score of 2-1.

Columbus' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lehman, their victory bumped their record up to 2-0.

Lehman beat Columbus 3-1 when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Will the Lions repeat their success, or do the Sharks have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
