Baseball Recap: Brighton/Boston Academy Takes a Loss

Brighton/Boston Academy was the 6-0 winner over New Mission when they last played one another on April 9th, but their luck changed this time around. The Bengals fell just short of the Titans by a score of 5-4 on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that the Bengals have lost by just one run.

Brighton/Boston Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-7-1. As for New Mission, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-3.

Looking ahead, Brighton/Boston Academy will be playing in front of their home fans against Tech Boston Academy/Academy of Public Service at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Bengals are facing the Bears at the right time seeing as the Bears are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for New Mission, they will square off against Boston International at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. The last three games Boston International has played have been within two runs, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
