Baseball Recap: Stillwater Comes Up Short

Stillwater couldn't beat White Bear Lake on Wednesday even though they stacked four runs on them in the fourth inning. The Ponies fell just short of the Bears by a score of 6-5. The Ponies were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bears earlier this season, when they won 5-4.

Jack Runk was cooking despite his team's loss, going 1-for-3 with two RBI, one run, and one double.

Stillwater's defeat dropped their record down to 15-8. As for White Bear Lake, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 13-6.

As of now, neither Stillwater nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
