Baseball Recap: Windsor Comes Up Short

Windsor and Clayton Valley Charter squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but Windsor had to settle for second. They fell just short of the Ugly Eagles by a score of 6-5. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Brandon Curry made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 3-for-4 with one stolen base, two RBI, and one run.

Windsor's defeat dropped their record down to 19-8. As for Clayton Valley Charter, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 18-7.

Windsor does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Clayton Valley Charter, they will face off against College Park on Friday. The Falcons' pitching crew has only allowed 3.4 runs per game this season, so the Ugly Eagles' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
