Volleyball Game Preview: Chewelah Cougars vs. Northwest Christian School Crusaders + How To Watch

The Chewelah Cougars will head out on the road to take on the Northwest Christian School Crusaders at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Chewelah barely beat Kettle Falls the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Cougars blew past the Bulldogs 3-0 on Tuesday. The Cougars not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since October 8, 2024 (when they won 3-0).

Meanwhile, Northwest Christian School entered their tilt with Davenport on Tuesday with eight consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with nine. They came within a single set of losing the streak, but they secured a 3-2 W against the Gorillas.

Chewelah's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-11. As for Northwest Christian School, their victory bumped their record up to 10-1.

Chewelah suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Northwest Christian School in their previous meeting back in October of 2024. Can the Cougars avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
