Softball Recap: North Lincoln's Victory on Tuesday Extends Winning Streak to Four

North Lincoln entered their tilt with West Iredell on Tuesday with three consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with four. They never let the Warriors get on the board and left with a 12-0 win. Considering the Knights have won four matches by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Izzy Ingalls was a standout: she scored a run while going 3-for-3. What's more, she posted two RBI, the most she's had since back in February. Grace Parker was another key player, scoring a run while going 2-for-4.

North Lincoln always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.

North Lincoln's record now sits at 11-2. As for West Iredell, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Coming up, North Lincoln will be playing at home against West Caldwell at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for West Iredell, they are taking a road trip to challenge the Knights at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
