After losing to Academy for Innovative Education the last time they met, Franklin Academy decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Panthers blew past the Aviators 3-0 on Monday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Panthers.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Franklin Academy took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-13, 25-12.

Valeria Ceron paced Franklin Academy's offense, picking up 15 kills. Ceron got some help from Agua Santa-Molina and her 20 assists. Giovanna Androllio controlled things from the service line, finishing with seven aces.

Franklin Academy now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Academy for Innovative Education, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Franklin Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against Somerset Academy Central Miramar on the 29th. As for Academy for Innovative Education, they have also already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Horeb Christian on the 26th.
