Mountain Empire won against Victory Christian Academy last Thursday with 20 runs and they decided to stick to that run total again on Thursday. The Redhawks were the clear victors by a 20-10 margin over the Knights. The Redhawks haven't had any issues with the Knights recently, as the game was their seventh consecutive victory against them.

Rowan Smith was incredible, going 4-for-5 with one home run, four runs, and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Kourtlyn Hardison, who got on base in three of her five plate appearances with two runs.

Mountain Empire's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Victory Christian Academy, they are on an 11-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-10.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Mountain Empire beat the Knights by a score of 16-15 on Tuesday.
