Softball Recap: Frankfort-Schuyler Takes a Loss

After flying high against New York Mills on Monday, Frankfort-Schuyler came back down to earth. The Maroon Knights fell just short of the West Canada Valley Nighthawks by a score of 6-5 on Wednesday. The Maroon Knights have struggled against the Nighthawks recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost meeting.

Frankfort-Schuyler's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for West Canada Valley, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Frankfort-Schuyler wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 3-1 defeat against Poland on the 1st. As for West Canada Valley, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, an 18-0 loss against Hamilton on the 2nd.
