It's playoff time, and San Jose Prep had no trouble coming through when it counted. They really took it to the Bishop Snyder Cardinals for the full four quarters, racking up a 73-43 win. The Storm's offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bishop Snyder's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Shelby Gaines, who went 6 of 10 en route to 15 points and eight rebounds. Another player making a difference was Saige Grace, who posted five points along with five assists and five steals.

San Jose Prep pushed their record up to 13-8 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.0 points per game. As for Bishop Snyder, their defeat dropped their record down to 19-8.

San Jose Prep will challenge Providence School on Saturday. Providence School will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something San Jose Prep surely won't give up without a fight. Bishop Snyder does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
