It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but O'Donnell had no problem doing just that on Friday. They blew past the Kress Kangaroos 8-1. Considering the Eagles have won ten matches by more than six runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

O'Donnell is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-4-1 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.2 runs over those games. As for Kress, with the loss, they broke their 11-game winning streak and moved their record to 13-10.

O'Donnell will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Kangaroos: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
