Volleyball Recap: Williamsburg Christian Academy Comes Up Short

Williamsburg Christian Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 3-0 to The Carmel School Wildcats. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wildcats this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-0 back in September.

While Williamsburg Christian Academy ultimately came up short, they really made The Carmel School work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-21, 26-24, 25-14.

Williamsburg Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 1-13. As for The Carmel School, their win bumped their record up to 9-11.

Looking ahead, Williamsburg Christian Academy will head out to challenge Walsingham Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for The Carmel School, they will challenge Guardian Christian Academy at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. The Royal Knights will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Wildcats surely won't give up without a fight.
