Dexter put another one in the bag on Monday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 3-0 victory over the Tularosa Wildcats. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 10-0 last Thursday.

The result came thanks to Danyela Munoz's shutout, as she gave up just four hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, Dexter saw five different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Maddie Miller, who scored a run while going 2-for-2.

Dexter's win was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 10-0. Those home victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 9.4 runs over those games. As for Tularosa, they now have a losing record of 4-5.

Dexter has already played their next game, a 6-5 loss against Lovington on the 8th. As for Tularosa, they will challenge Hatch Valley at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. This will be the Wildcats' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
