Soccer Recap: Andrew Starts Season with Win on the Road + How To Watch

Andrew had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They skirted past the Oak Forest Bengals 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Andrew were the better team in the second half.

Their one-goal win came courtesy of Will MacLeod.

Coming up, Andrew will challenge Joliet Central at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Oak Forest, they will have a little extra prep time after the loss as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on Momence at 9:00 a.m. on September 6.
