Basketball Game Preview: Saddle River Day Rebels vs. Park Ridge Owls

The Saddle River Day Rebels will start their season against the Park Ridge Owls. Tip off is scheduled at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Last Thursday, Park Ridge came up short against New Milford and fell 57-44.

Park Ridge's defeat ended a five-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 1-1.

As for Saddle River Day, they've got a clean slate this season. Last year, they finished on the wrong side of .500 (8-13), but they'll be hoping to turn things around this year.

Saddle River Day was able to grind out a solid victory over Park Ridge in their previous meeting back in January, winning 56-44. Does Saddle River Day have another victory up their sleeve, or will Park Ridge turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
