Soccer Recap: Sipsey Valley Takes a Loss

Sipsey Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 14th straight loss. They came up short against the American Christian Academy Patriots, falling 10-0. While losing is never fun, Sipsey Valley can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alabama soccer rankings (they are ranked 210th, while American Christian Academy are ranked 75th).

Sipsey Valley's defeat dropped their record down to 0-14. As for American Christian Academy, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 15-3.

Sipsey Valley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for American Christian Academy, they will take on Hillcrest at 5:00 p.m. on Monday.
