Football Recap: Evanston Takes Loss Despite Strong Performances from Ryker Liechty and Jackson Williams + How To Watch

Evanston was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 35-13 to the Cody Broncs. The Devils lost against the Broncs in their previous head to head back in October of 2024, too, but the margin this time around was much closer than the 50-0 score last time.

Despite the defeat, Evanston had strong showings from Jackson Williams, who rushed for 68 yards and one TD, and Ryker Liechty, who rushed for 47 yards and one score.

Evanston's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for Cody, they pushed their record up to 5-0 with the win, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season.
