Baseball Recap: Mount View Comes Up Short

Mount View made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Westside, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Golden Knights fell just short of the Renegades by a score of 2-0 on Thursday. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Golden Knights haven't been shut out since back in April.

Mount View's loss dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Westside, their victory was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-11.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mount View will square off against Twin Valley at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Westside, they will challenge River View at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
