Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Grace Christian). They really took it to the Thales Academy Apex Titans for the full four quarters, racking up a 90-17 win. The Crusaders pushed the score to 74-15 by the end of the third, a deficit the Titans had no chance of recovering from.

Grace Christian's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Kaedyn Cole led the charge by putting up 15 points. Jaden Smith also deserves some recognition as he scored his first points of the season.

Despite the loss, Thales Academy Apex still got an impressive performance from Om Shah, who posted 13 points.

Grace Christian's victory bumped their record up to 3-1. As for Thales Academy Apex, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coming up, Grace Christian will host Fayetteville Christian at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Crusaders will be up against the Warriors' rather soft defense (which has allowed 60 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Thales Academy Apex, they will venture away from home to face off against St. David's at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
