Volleyball Recap: Providence Christian Academy Now 7-1 over Last Eight Games

The Providence Christian Academy Storm were able to grind out a solid win over the Villa Rica Wildcats on Tuesday, taking the game 2-0.

Providence Christian Academy easily took the second set, but they let things get interesting in the other. The final score came out to 25-18, 25-14.

Zoie Cameron paced Providence Christian Academy's offense, picking up seven kills. Cameron got some help from Sydney Cook and her 24 assists. Leyu Hoover controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Providence Christian Academy has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-8 record this season. As for Villa Rica, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 22-8.

Looking ahead, Providence Christian Academy will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Commerce at 6:00 p.m. As for Villa Rica, they will face off against Alexander at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
