Everett had to skate by with only a one-run margin when they last took the field, which might have inspired the 15-run drubbing they dealt Forbes Road on Wednesday. The Warriors were the clear victors by a 16-1 margin over Forbes Road. The result was nothing new for the Warriors, who have now won six games by six runs or more so far this season.

The win (which was Everett's fifth in a row) raised their record to 9-2. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.0 runs over those games. As for Forbes Road, their defeat was their sixth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 0-7.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Everett will face off against Berlin Brothersvalley at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Forbes Road, they will square off against Mercersburg Academy at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
