Soccer Recap: Tough Loss for Milton

Milton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 6-0 to the DeForest Norskies. While losing is never fun, Milton can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin soccer rankings (they are ranked 126th, while DeForest are ranked fourth).

Milton has now lost seven of their last eight games on the road. That's part of the reason why they have a 6-7 record this season. As for DeForest, their win was their eighth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1-1.

Looking ahead, DeForest will head out to take on Madison West at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
