Basketball Recap: Archie Makes It Three in a Row on the Road

Osceola typically has all the answers at home, but on Monday Archie proved too difficult a challenge. They enjoyed a cozy 47-32 victory over the Osceola Indians. That's more bragging rights for the Whirlwinds, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Osceola lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Laney Uchtman, who posted 12 points and three steals. Brynn Belisle was another key player, putting up five points.

Archie's win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-2. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.3 points per game. As for Osceola, their defeat ended an eight-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 15-4.

Archie has already played their next matchup (against Drexel), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. Osceola will take on Jasper at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
