Baseball Recap: Tuslaw Extends Winning Streak to Three

Tuslaw entered their tilt with Orrville on Wednesday with two consecutive wins, and they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Red Riders with a sharp 18-7 victory. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-5 on Monday.

Caden Kiefer was a standout: he got on base in four of his six plate appearances with four runs and two RBI. That's the most RBI he has posted over his last four matches. Keenan Kinsey was another key player, going 2-for-6 with four runs and two RBI.

Tuslaw's win bumped their record up to 13-6. As for Orrville, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-9.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Tuslaw will welcome Northwest at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Mustangs are facing the Indians at the right time seeing as the Indians are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for Orrville, they will look to defend their home field on Thursday against Northwestern at 6:00 p.m.
