Football Game Preview: Sebring Blue Streaks vs. Lakeland Dreadnaughts + Official Tickets

The Sebring Blue Streaks will head out to face off against the Lakeland Dreadnaughts at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

On Friday, Sebring came up short against Booker and fell 27-20. While losing is never fun, the Blue Streaks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 130th, while the Tornadoes are ranked 30th).

Meanwhile, Lakeland came tearing into Friday's game with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 34 points), and they left with even more momentum. They blew past the Stingrays 41-9. The result was nothing new for the Dreadnaughts, who have now won three contests by 32 points or more so far this season.

Sebring's loss dropped their record down to 2-4. As for Lakeland, their win bumped their record up to 5-1.

Sebring couldn't quite get it done against Lakeland when the teams last played back in November of 2024 as they fell 22-12. Can the Blue Streaks avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
