Redding Christian hadn't done well against Fall River recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Lions came out on top against the Bulldogs by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 2-0 on Thursday.

Redding Christian easily took the first set, but they let things get interesting in the other. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-18.

Bella Lemmer paced Redding Christian's offense, picking up six kills. Lemmer got some help from Kamalia Mizuta and her 15 assists. Weslynn Skinner and Audrey Mini kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

Redding Christian's win bumped their record up to 8-4-3. As for Fall River, they dropped their record down to 1-6 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.
