Softball Recap: Guajome Park Academy Takes a Loss

Guajome Park Academy lost against Julian back in March, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Frogs fell 17-13 to the Eagles. The Frogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Guajome Park Academy's record is now 5-11. As for Julian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record this season.

Guajome Park Academy will head out to challenge La Jolla Country Day at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Frogs' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Torreys have averaged an impressive 6.6 runs per game this season. As for Julian, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Warner at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their ninth straight victory, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight.
