Soccer Recap: Prairie View Comes Up Short

Prairie View lost against Eaglecrest back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Thunderhawks fell just short of the Raptors by a score of 3-2. Prairie View have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Baylee Hoskins and Salma Vazquez scored both of Prairie View's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Prairie View now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Eaglecrest, the win snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 2-3-1 record.

Coming up, Prairie View will head out on the road to challenge Lakewood at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Prairie View are facing Lakewood at the right time seeing as Lakewood are stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Eaglecrest, they didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 5-0 defeat against Grandview on the 1st.
