Smithson Valley gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Friday. They claimed a resounding 62-6 win over the SA Roosevelt Rough Riders. Winning may never get old, but the Rangers sure are getting used to it with their 12th in a row dating back to last season.

Smithson Valley wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next match, a 30-21 defeat against Brennan on the 4th. As for SA Roosevelt, they have also already played their next game, a 43-13 loss against East Central on the 5th.
