Volleyball Recap: Grandview Falls Despite Big Games from Miriama Naqica and Ryann Owens

Grandview lost against Pine Creek back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Wolves lost 3-0 to the Eagles. The Wolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Grandview's loss came despite strong showings from Ryann Owens and Miriama Naqica. Owens had eight digs and two aces, while Naqica had one assist.

Grandview now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Pine Creek, they now have a winning record of 2-1.

Grandview didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 loss against Denver South on the 30th. As for Pine Creek, they have also already played their next matchup, a 3-1 defeat against Ralston Valley on the 30th.
