Meade's loss ended a six-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 4-3. As for Ashland, their win bumped their record up to 3-4.

Everything came up roses for Meade against Ashland in their previous meeting back in February of 2024, as the squad secured a 62-33 victory. Will Meade repeat their success, or does Ashland have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
