Football Recap: Redlands Triumphs + How To Watch

The Redlands Terriers earned a 28-20 victory over the Banning Broncos on Thursday.

Redlands can attribute much of their success to Anthony Fraire, who threw for 308 yards and one TD. The Terriers also got a significant boost from Andrei Lorenzo, who ran away from the competition to the tune of 91 yards.

Banning's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was JACOB ANZALDUA, who threw for 338 yards and three touchdowns. ANZALDUA is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in each of the last four games he's played dating back to last season. JMARI GARLINGTON was ANZALDUA's top target, picking up 136 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

The win got Redlands back to even at 1-1. As for Banning, their loss dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.

Redlands didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next matchup, a 21-19 defeat against Grand Terrace on the 4th. As for Banning, they also wasted no time getting back out on the field and have already played their next contest, a 32-13 victory against Whittier Christian on the 5th.
