Volleyball Recap: Tarpon Springs Takes a Loss + How To Watch

If Tarpon Springs was riding high fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Anclote last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Spongers lost 3-0 to the Largo Packers on Monday. The Spongers have struggled against the Packers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-9, 25-13.

Tarpon Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Largo, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Tarpon Springs will head out to square off against Gulf at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Largo, they will venture away from home to challenge Boca Ciega at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
