Clarkson/Leigh entered their tilt with Pender on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Pendragons. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-2 back in September.

While Clarkson/Leigh won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-23, 25-15.

Maizie Stoklasa paced Clarkson/Leigh's offense, picking up nine kills. Stoklasa got some help from Kendall Schneider and her 21 assists.

Clarkson/Leigh's win bumped their record up to 20-7. As for Pender, their loss dropped their record down to 15-11.
