Football Recap: Kemmerer Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Kemmerer extended their losing streak to three on Friday, dropping them down to 1-3. They took a blow against the Mountain View Buffalos, falling 61-6. The Rangers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 33-6.

As for Mountain View, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 5-0. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Mountain View got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Justus Platts out in front who threw for 319 yards and five TDs while completing 72.7% of his passes. Those 319 passing yards gave Platts a new career-high. Race Carr also helped out as he racked up 121 receiving yards.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Kemmerer will square off against rival Lyman at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Mountain View is set to face off against their familiar foe Pinedale at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Buffalos 10.6, the Wranglers 14) so any points scored will be well earned.
