Volleyball Recap: Basha Comes Up Short

Basha's tournament run continued when they took on Bishop Amat on Saturday. The Bears fell just short of the Lancers by a score of 2-1.

Kamryn Moyer paced Basha's offense, picking up nine kills. Moyer got some help from Kaylie Lynar and her 14 assists.

Basha's loss dropped their record down to 16-9. As for Bishop Amat, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 27-6.

Looking ahead, Basha will head out to face off against Chandler at 6:00 p.m. on the 6th. As for Bishop Amat, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-1 defeat against Crescenta Valley on the 27th.
